Refund & Cancellation Policy – AuraDigital

AuraDigital provides digital services requiring planning, time, and resources. Therefore, our refund terms are as follows:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only if:

  • No work has been started
  • The project is cancelled within 24 hours of first payment

Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds are offered if:

  • Work has already begun
  • Client delays impact project delivery
  • Client fails to provide content
  • Client changes project scope mid-way
  • Service has been fully delivered

Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
Partial work will be billed accordingly.
